Appointments
We understand that you have many choices when selecting a dentist in San Rafael, CA. To make scheduling easy and convenient, appointments can be requested by phone or email. If for any reason you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment or expect to be delayed, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy
We value your and our time. We reserve our time specifically for you and your needs. That is the main reason why we never overbook our schedule. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours (2 business days) in advance in order for other patients in need to be able to receive a treatment.
Insurance
We accept select traditional insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify whether your specific plan is accepted. Terra Linda Dental Group does not participate in Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs); however, as a courtesy, we are happy to submit insurance claims on your behalf.
Billing and Payment Options
We accept checks, cash, and major credit cards. Flexible payment options are available; please speak with our Financial Coordinator for details. As a courtesy, we are happy to submit insurance claims on your behalf for reimbursement, provided your plan allows you to choose your own dentist.
